2026 Needlework Marketplace Buyer Application

This is a wholesale-only show, created specifically to support retail businesses. All purchases should be made with resale in mind, not for personal use.

Our recommended show minimums are three items and/or $25 per exhibitor. Please note that individual exhibitors may set their own minimum item quantities or dollar requirements for their wholesale orders.

Please register early, as early registration allows you to receive pre-order opportunities and important show details.

The show will be live from 10:00 AM on August 21 through 3:00 PM on August 24, 2026 (EST).

This is a fully virtual event—shop from anywhere with internet access.

Registration and attendance are free for approved needlework shop owners.

Your name, basic shop information, email address, and physical mailing address will be shared with exhibitors in late July. This information will be used only to send information regarding show releases and ship any orders you place.

Your Tax ID will be used solely for verification purposes by Needlework Marketplace and will not be shared.

Once approved, your shop name will be listed on the website as a registered buyer for the show.
